Order Issues

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at info@avescoffeeco.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellations

Online orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order enters production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, email info@avescoffeeco.com.
We do not offer price adjustments.

Subscriptions

Confirmed subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please ensure that you modify or pause upcoming subscription orders prior to the scheduled production date.

Merchandise & Brewing Gear Returns

Merchandise and brewing gear may be returned within 15 days of purchase in unused condition and in the unopened original packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed once items are received and verified unused. To initiate a return, email info@avescoffeeco.com.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours.
Unclaimed pickup orders will not be refunded. A reminder will be sent the following week for pickup. If you would like the order shipped, it must meet the free-shipping threshold or shipping charges will apply.

All sales are on Coffee and Tea are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and are unable to offer refunds.
