Peregrine Falcons nest on tall cliffs close to large bodies of water. Some Peregrine Falcons have adapted to living in cities. Urban peregrines raise their young on the ledges of tall buildings. Peregrine Falcon populations have declined because of habitat disturbance by people and environmental contaminants. Aves Bird Friendly Coffee supports conservation efforts to protect the natural habitat of birds like the Peregrine Falcon.

I’m so glad my cousin told me about this coffee company. The coffee is so beautiful. I really can’t think of any other way to describe it. It’s bold but not bitter. It’s a perfect medium roast. I absolutely love it. Hate the price but understand the reasoning behind it! I will definitely be re-purchasing! Definitely recommend this to anyone who likes coffee.

I have tried both of these coffees.I enjoyed them but may have to make them stronger. My husband wants a stronger coffee. What do you suggest? Is your coffee certified by the Smithsonian? I don’t see their logo on your packaging. I came to visit you the other day and you were closed. I didn’t check your hours first. Please advise where I can park when coming for a visit to your cafe. Thank you for the review. Our Barn Owl Espresso and Snowy Owl Winter Blend are currently our darkest roasts. We are regularly bringing in new coffees and roasting to a variety of profiles, which are best suited for the beans. All our coffees are organic and fair trade and bird-friendly. Thus far we have only certified our single origin coffees with the Smithsonian. Our next round of label printing will carry include the Smithsonian logo.
